Abstract
Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in physical ability before and after the use of rehabilitation services of the target of community integrated care service living in Cheongyang-gun.

Methods : This study was conducted with 150 elderly people aged 60 and over among the subjects of community integrated care services living in Cheongyang, Chungcheongnam-do. As a data analysis method, frequency analysis was performed for general characteristics, frequency and descriptive statistics for the level of physical ability, and multivariate analysis (MAVOVA) for differences in physical ability according to variables using the SPSS 23.0 program.

Results : The level of physical ability before and after the use of rehabilitation services of the subject of community integrated care service showed improvement in hand function, balance, and TUG ability. There were significant differences in the areas of physical ability according to variables according to gender, service provision period, residential area, gender*age, and service provision period*age. The interaction effect between the areas of physical ability according to the variable had a significant interaction effect according to the area of residence and the period of service* age.

Conclusion : In this study, the difference in physical ability before and after the use of rehabilitation services of subjects of community integrated care services was examined, and as a result, significant results were obtained. Therefore, by using the results of this study as basic data, it is expected that further research on the provision of more diverse and active rehabilitation services and their effectiveness will be conducted in future studies.
